These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LinkRivo (the "Service"), a link-in-bio platform operated by ELITE CAPITAL GROUP LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "LinkRivo"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use LinkRivo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and denominated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically for the selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to their processing of your payment data.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change will take effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Adult content that is legal in the jurisdiction from which it is hosted and where it is consumed is permitted, provided it complies with Section 5 and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or link to through LinkRivo ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your visitors.
You represent and warrant that (i) you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, (ii) Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights, and (iii) Your Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you connect a custom domain, you confirm that you own or have authorization to use it. You are responsible for maintaining your DNS configuration and domain registration. We provide automatic SSL certificate issuance via Cloudflare for custom domains but do not guarantee uninterrupted DNS resolution.
Active accounts may participate in our referral program and earn a 20% lifetime commission on qualifying paid subscriptions referred by their unique referral link. Commissions are calculated on net subscription revenue (after refunds, chargebacks, and taxes) and are paid out once your balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold.
Self-referrals and incentivized signups (paying users to sign up under your link) are not permitted and may result in forfeiture of earned commissions. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, is the property of ELITE CAPITAL GROUP LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You may terminate your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months on a free plan, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period; you are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before that date.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE CAPITAL GROUP LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (II) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELITE CAPITAL GROUP LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section deprives consumers of any mandatory rights granted by the laws of their country of residence.
